Preparing the Cocktail Base: Pour the specified liquid ingredients into one large bottle, leave to sit for 60 minutes, then filter it , ideally through cheesecloth, to ensure it's perfectly clear.

To serve: Measure 85ml of your cocktail base into your stirring glass filled with ice, and agitate lightly for about 60 seconds to chill. Filter into a chilled martini glass or a similar vessel, decorate with some cranberries and complete it by giving it a light spray of the essential oil above the glass.
