Property blueprints for the financier's private tropical island included in the photographs.
Also featured in this latest document release seems to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the American territory.
The financier purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had formulated plans to develop the 161-acre island by constructing homes, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
Marked on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the territory, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is covered in red pen markings and features a notes section detailing various areas of the land.
Alongside the main plan are what look to be an additional nine site drawings and construction drawings, such as layouts for marina coverings.
More materials released as part of the continuing oversight process.
